At Nest Goods, every candle, wax melt, and kitchen accessory is made with care. We take pride in the quality of our products and want every order to bring joy to your home.

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

Eligible Returns

 

We accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

 
       
  • Item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition
  •    
  • Item is in its original packaging
  •    
  • Return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  •    
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of some of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

 
       
  • Candles or wax melts that have been burned or used
  •    
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  •    
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  •    
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  •    
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item when reaching out — this helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow:

 
       
  • 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed on our end
  •    
  • An additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
